The same approach is used to ensure our established letting department continues to achieve the high level of service expected of us. All prospective tenants are thoroughly vetted from the moment they register with us, right through to the credit and referencing checks that are carried out when they agree to proceed with a rental. Upon receiving satisfactory references, we will then draw up the appropriate agreement for your property and with the back up of our legal department we will ensure that all documents comply with the relevant legislation.
Our approach is quite simple. Would we recommend tenants to our clients if we were not happy to have them rent our own homes?
