Cockfosters is a typical suburban location lying partly in the London Boroughs of Enfield and Barnet and providing excellent transport facilities. The tube station provides services on the Piccadilly line with good access to the centre of town which is approximately only 9 miles away. The M25 is just a few minutes drive away and access to most parts of London is accessible via either the M25 or the North Circular Road.

There are schools for all ages, ranging from the nursery stage right through to university level. The up and coming shopping area has an excellent choice of restaurants and within just a few minutes drive there is the Trent Country Park with its beautiful surrounding countryside. The country park includes publicly accessible countryside, farmland, a golf course and an equestrian centre. During the summer months a number of concerts and festivals take place here.
